”Somehow I doubt there’s going to be a horde waiting around to ambush you.” Kristen smirked and shook her head. ”Although I hardly know anything so who knows. Still your ability sounds pretty useful anyways. You could pull some pranks with it too.”
While maybe the power wasn’t very useful against a large group that was already aware, Kristen thought it could still be pretty useful in reconnaissance. Although she also figured that was her mother’s military influence speaking.
"I actually don't know. That's a good question. All I know is that godsblood like we have has a tendency to attract monsters so sooner or later we need to be able to dismember the stupid things.”
Kristen’s gaze turned distant and slightly cold for a moment when she thought back to her own experience with her godsblood attracting a monster. However she really wasn’t looking to relive that memory, so it was quickly pushed from her mind.
”True. I mean, we’ll have to leave this place someday right?” Kristen shrugged before she spotted the first signs of the school up ahead. ”We’re almost at the university. You can see it up ahead. Want to run the last bit?”
