Selina loved the water… which considering her parentage, was a bit more than ironic. Her bright one piece suit stood out against her light brown skin, and her long brown hair was tied back in a tight ponytail. She smirked as she dipped her toes in the ocean. If she were smart she’d stay far away from the beach, as she knew this was Poseidon’s domain, yet Selina found herself not caring. The ocean was powerful, gorgeous and mysterious and she’d always been drawn to it. The water was mostly calm, though still a bit cold, but Selina could care less.
Selina slowly made her way out past where the waves broke against the water, floating on her back, she watched as Pelicans soared above her in the clear blue sky, a somewhat peaceful expression on her face for the first time in weeks. She had no idea how long she’d stayed out in the water, but when she turned to look back at the beach, she realized she’d drifted quite a bit farther from shore than she’d intended to. Selina swam back into shallower waters and made her way to the beach, wringing the salt water out of her hair, the exercise had her bruised ribs protesting but she also knew that salt water was as healing as anything else. When Selina looked around the beach she smiled, happy that she’d found a relatively quiet and out of the way place to swim.
There was only one other person here and the girl didn’t look like anything that would cause Selina trouble. Selina smiled at the pretty woman, hoping that she wasn’t from the school. There were a few ways to find out, but Selina didn’t truly care to know right now. Selina’s face was still clearly marked so it wasn’t like her own connection to Olympus Falls or Titans would be a secret. "Lovely day isn't it?" she asked with a half-smile.
