Selina grinned as the man slid his hand up her thigh. She had him. Hook, line, and sinker. Selina slid closer and kissed him slowly her fingers languidly trailing their way down his stomach and low enough to feel him react to her, before Selina pulled back and gave him a sultry smirk… “Such a shame you’re married,” she offered with a low laugh as she got up off of him and turned to walk away. In truth, Selina didn’t much care about the man’s wife, and if she’d wanted him she would have had him in her bed regardless… but he’d been a bit too obnoxious in coming onto her earlier, and the ring on his finger just sweetened the deal. Maybe she should have asked for his phone and had a nice conversation with his wife… something to keep in mind for another time perhaps.
The man was stunned for a moment and it took him a bit to collect his wits before he finally reacted. He called after her, a few nasty slurs laced in with his confusion, but Selina just grinned and moved on. If he stood right now, a couple of things would be very obvious to anyone who cared to look and she had a feeling he’d wait until his body calmed down a bit. Selina made her way out of the club and took a deep breath, ignoring the flair of pain in her ribs. Damn, why did broken bones take so fucking long to heal?
Selina was used to healing far quicker due to her power, but now that it’d been stripped from her, all she felt was frustration. The brand on her face was the bane of her existence in more ways than one and she eagerly awaited the day she’d once again have the only good thing her Titan father had left her. She walked down the street and wondered if she shouldn’t call for a cab this late at night. She feared nothing human, as even without her powers she was highly trained and her martial skill was something she took pride in.
The other creatures that roamed the night however, would have an advantage over her. Selina shook her head and kept walking, knowing that moving actually helped the healing process when she didn’t overdo it. She hissed in pain as she accidentally bumped into someone, her thoughts having distracted her far more than she’d expected. Damnit, she really needed to be more aware of her surroundings.
