Here is our Application Template to be filled out when making a new character. Checking out the Wanted Character Ads beforehand might be helpful as well.
Make sure to post New Applications in the New Applications sub board, and we will get to it as soon as we possibly can! You can "bump" your Application once it's completed so we know that it's finished and ready for us to look at.
Make sure to check out the list of Face Claims before you fill out your app and make sure yours isn't already taken.
